Like Dawg said ...Valbazen isn't good enough for tapes
Get the right dewormer and you'll be good to go.

I just wormed with the Valbazen the other night for the second time. Is it OK to worm with the Equimax that close together?

It's best to worm your birds early in the morning while it's still dark. More importantly, you'll be giving them the Equimax on an empty stomach when the tapeworms will be at their weakest, making the wormer more effective killing them.
Then wait a couple of hours before feeding your birds.
Keep an eye on their feces if you get the chance, you might get lucky and actually see broken up pieces or strands excreted which is the actual tapeworm(s) being excreted, primarily the birds that excreted the segments.
After the two hours are up, go ahead and feed your birds a reduced ration, then gradually increase feed during the day back to normal.
The reason you do this is because your birds will be starving. You dont want them to gorge feed and possibly cause impacted crop or gizzard.

There's nothing saying that you have to worm them all at once.
You can worm them by coop or by breed. Spread it out over 3 days if you wish or however you see fit.
Just remember the sequence you wormed them the first time when you go to reworm them the second time.

Tapeworm eggs are in their worm segments. They are spread by an intermediate host. The way chickens keep getting tapeworm is that they eat snail, slugs, beetles, earthworms, flies, and grasshoppers (intermediate hosts) that may have eaten a few tapeworm eggs. The chickens can also get them by accidentally pecking any poops that get scattered in their dirt or bedding around their area of ranging. Removing the intermediate hosts and keeping bedding as dry and fresh as possible may also help prevent further infestationwith tapes.
