My lavenders are feathering out in pretty rough shape. I see 2 maybe 3 that I would breed back to black that dont seem as bad as the others. I don't think the hatchery I got them from does any generational breeding back to black. Will this be difficult to get rid of? Will it take more than one time going to black-split- lavender?

This is my first time breeding lanvenders. I hope to work on them for several years to get show quality birds ( I know they aren't recognized by APA.... yet)

Any advice is welcomed. I plan to start breeding next year when I have my garage converted to a brooder/coop. I wanted to get the chick's early so I can figure out temperament and full feathering before I get elbows deep in chicks.

Yes, it's very difficult to breed shredding out of Lavender lines.

Breeders who managed to get clean Lavender Ameraucanas report many generations of effort.
It's a good undertaking if your breed of choice doesn't have any clean options, such as Orpingtons. But if you can source birds that are closer to clean that will save you time & money in the long run.
I'd almost want to say, it would be easier to outcross to clean Lavenders of another breed entirely (with straight black birds of your breed) and select against the other breeds traits, than it is to clean up shreddy Lavender. But I could be wrong on that.
