Someone gave me a hen because his flock were attacking her. She's very sweet. But, since I got her, (she's the only one so far) she has laid 2 rubber eggs and then today she laid a bloody yoke only. I'm giving her vitamins in her water and oyster shell and layer feed. Any suggestions?

Hey, it sounds like your new hen is having some trouble adjusting to the new environment. The rubber eggs and bloody yolk could be a sign of calcium deficiency or some other health issue, but most likely they are due to the stress she's been facing lately. It's great that you're already giving her vitamins, oyster shell, and layer feed. Some additional things you can try are increasing her access to sunlight and fresh water, making sure her nesting area is clean and comfortable, and possibly taking her to a vet for a check-up if things don't improve. Keep us updated on how she's doing!
