Couple of questions for you:

How long do the eggs sit before they are set for incubation?
How are they stored before you incubate?
Do you wash them or anything before you incubate?
What conditions do you incubate under? (kind of incubator, temp, humidity)
How frequently do you turn them?

The photos you show are showing decomposition much more than expected for a normal incubation. I'd look at storage, sanitation, and humidity first.

Right know I have the incubators outside in front plunged in. I have 1 gallon of water in each of them.1 cup bleach in each of them. I don't usually add alcohol rubbing 70% isopropyl alcohol what else do I need going to fumigate the incubators. It was so bad last time. It's going to take more then bleach and water and sun.

Little giant at temp 188.8 f humidity 88% on read on top. My little extra hydrometer our not in it at moment. Pro series 90 90 it's as far as it goes on settings. Vents closed on both. Their outside for my sons safety he has bad respotory issues. I can not run my nebulizers outside at moment not enough plugs. What else do I do and do I run them like they our tell 5 pm when partner gets home.

It looks like you are in a low humidity area.

I'd suggest that your bleach and water bath following a good scrubbing to remove all yolk, manure, dirt or other residue, followed by air drying in fresh air and sunshine. Don't forget to sanitize the wire grids as well.

Run the incubator at 100F measured at the top of the eggs. Forget about the hygrometer and nebulizer. Put away the vent caps. You need fresh air.

Set naturally clean, fresh eggs, ideally less than a week old stored in cool conditions but not refrigerated, in the incubator. Do not add water. If not using an auto turner, turn by hand 3 or more times a day. More is better.

After one week, candle. Check the air cells against the air cell chart.



If after one week your air cells are larger than the 10 day line, add 1 cup of water to the incubator. Add another cup the next day, and check the air cells on the 10th day. Remove clear eggs. If they are on track for 10 days, add one cup of water every other day until day 15. If too large, add 1 cup of water every day. If too small, add 1 cup of water every third day.

Once you can grow embryos to the day 20 stage, then you can get hatching help from duck specialists. Your eggs look like they came from the Black Lagoon. I have eggs in the incubator, I have been running it nonstop since February and it is clean and does not smell. I don't hatch in it, that helps a lot, but more importantly the incubator is clean and dry. I remove all non-growing eggs after 10 days, and keep the humidity at the minimum necessary to keep the air cells in line with the illustration.

My son and daughter both have asthma, I have allergies. The incubator does not have any effect on any of us. Little Giants are not good at handling wide temperature swings, so if you keep it in a varying temperature day to night then that isn't going to make it easy for you.

The incubators will not stay stable on humidity and temps with out the nebulizers going we have tryed with chicken eggs it will not work. It will not work dry we tryed these as well. Egg death. We have to also have the vaporizer on and the humidifier cool air going. It drys my partner crazy. And ac going and fan going. That's way we wanted to do it with broody ducks. I can't win. Little giants real good at staying low humidity while pro series doesn't like to stay low but jump high. In normal chicken eggs. For a year now we used little giant to turn eggs first 18 days. And pro series after that. But when we got ducks everything got mixed up. First hatch we had both going. Second one just ducks. No chicken eggs second time to see what was up.
