Sick day-old duckling HELP!!!!

We just got some ducklings from a hatchery but this one is s all l lethargic and barely moving and when she stands up she just falls back over please help I don't know what to do !!

Were they shipped I'm guessing?
Poor little one, he's probably pretty weak. Shipping can take a toll on them.
Do you have any sav-a-chick electrolytes or Nutridrench?
Even molasses will work. He needs a little boost.

You could try giving them sugar water? That seemed to perk up my chicks and ducklings after shipping this time around.

Keep dipping her bill in the water. Try stroking her throat to get her to swallow.

Warm sugar water, as others have said, should revive the duckling. Hold the little one in your hand and have an oral syringe handy. Pry open the beak and give it a bit of water at a time in the right side of the beak. Let it swallow and give more, until you've give about .5ml. Di it every hour until it's upright and drinking on its own.
