Silkie comb question

Is it more difficult to breed out a straight comb or a pea comb when breeding silkies? I am going to add the blue egg gene and can choose ameraucana (pea comb) or cream legbar (straight comb).

Straight comb is recessive (meaning it can hide) while pea comb is dominant (meaning any bird who has it will show it). So pea comb would be a better choice.
