Can you guys make heads or tails of this egg? Day 22 candle. Under broody. She still wants it. I see no movement and the vessels look empty.

this one has the spot that looks like blood to me.

It has a chick in it but it prob wont hatch it might have died

Still nothing today. It looks the same. I think it died, but I will let her keep it another couple of days. She still wants it. It has really noveining in it anymore at all,just dark, but the shellis so light I can see quite a bit and it hasn't changed position at all in 3 days.

Got some rain this afternoon, the girls aren't phased by it, and I sure love the end result of funny looking silkies!!!

That's so cute!! I usually have to bring my polish girls inside the barn because they dont mind the rain either! They just stand there and get soaked! Lol

First time silkie owner. Do they perch??? I know they can't fly, but wondering if they prefer to sleep on a perch or a nest.

some will roost. I prefer to teach mine to be chickens so they don't get pooped on or poop in their butt feathers from sleeping and pooping, does that happen?
