Sinus Infection Gosling

Don't know how it happened but I have two older Goslings with sinus infections. Lump on either side of their beak. Baytril is on it's way ordered it yesterday. I got VetRX and they had it overnight and all the swelling went down but it's coming back one boy has more labored breathing than usual aside from VetRX and baths what else could I be doing to keep it away and comfortable till the antibiotics get here?

I wonder if putting them in a bathroom, hot-boxing it with steam, and then adding eucalyptus oil to the hot water to infuse the steam with it might help clear their sinuses a bit and relieve their ability to breathe. Have never tried it but this would probably be my first attempt to comfort them.
