Skin condition not improved

This skin condition doesn’t appear to be improving by spraying daily with “veterinary formula clinical care antiseptic and antifungal spray. There appears to be a thick build up of this yellow material at the base of the feathers. This yellow buildup continues down the neck and stops. I don’t see any mites and the other chickens are attacking her.I would like to know if anyone has seen this and can let me know what worked for this condition. Thank you

You may be dealing with scaly face mites, similar to scaly leg mites but less common.
If vet care is an option they can do a scraping and look under a microscope to confirm. Ivermectin is often the treatment.

Thank you Coach you seem to have hit it on your head! I applied Vetafarm scat. In just a short time for for five days we have seen an improvement on her face and the yellow buildup on her neck appears to be diminishing.
