Small egg with no shell- From pullets or hen?

We have adult hens that are laying but we added 3 pullets awhile back. They are a little over 14 weeks. High egg producers. Australorp and New Hampshire reds.
Could this possibly be from one of them? If not is something wrong with our hens? I haven’t seen an “egg” that small for years

That dark brown thing? What was inside it? I don't know of any breed that has a dark brown egg membrane.
I opened it.... I have no idea!! It’s like a gooey eyeball with some blood and a small possible blood clot inside. Any clue?

My best guess on this type of thing is an intact Follicle.
What are you feeding? For Dual Purpose fowl, I would feed them starter or an all flock type feed that's 18-20% protein at least until they come into lay. 14 weeks is pretty young for those 2 breeds to start laying - but it's possible it came from one of them.
