Buttermilk is all I use for the liquid

When you use the buttermilk, do you freeze like you would for goats milk?

Take a look at this site. A friend of mine gave me one of these soaps and asked if I could try to make something like it. I can't believe how pretty these soaps are!

I want to make a grass soap with pumice in it for gardners. How much do you think I should use for about 4lbs per soap?
How did everyone do at the markets this weekend?

Almost $90. A lot of people will be coming back I think. We had a thunderstorm though and I put my walls up on the tent and then found three pin holes in the top that kept dripping on me. One vendor was beating around the bush about looking to carry other soaps besides his honey soap that he makes. He is a bee keeper and sells al handcrafted and honey related products as well as honey. He is real local as well.

Ok I am now looking for the lye. I have found lye in a crystal form. Can I use the crystal form or do I need to keep looking for a flake form?

I think you could probally use it as long it's 100%. I've only used flakes, does it say it can be used for soapmaking. Who carries it?
