Spice Sorting...opinions please!

Redoing my pantry: sort the spices by:

alphabetically

category: baking, general , ethnic, spiciness/heat level

other: explain

Any rationale for your choice is appreciated

Alphabetically and categorically. lol Like my savory spices are in one cabinet and my baking spices are in another.

I sort them by use. Baking in one area, chicken, beef, pork, grilling, actual spices, multipurpose, etc.

That's not enough space, but I LOVE that idea. I need spice drawers.
