First time bird owner….so go easy on me. I’m nervous and want to do the right thing.
I’ve got two 5 week old bresse that are not doing well.
all was fine over the weekend.
Last night I found chick #1 sitting alone and not joining in the feeding frenzy when I refilled the food/water. When I took her out she wasn’t able to stand or walk. So I separated her to monitor.
While feed/watering This morning, I see that she was walking more than last night, but still far from normal.
Then I found a second (also bresse) that seems to be experiencing the same symptoms, but not as exaggerated and chick #1.
Chick #2 is also quarantined now for monitoring.
Some are suggesting spraddle leg, but with
there being 2- I’m suspicious is mareks. And nervous I’m going to loose all 26.
Any suggestions?
I’m not sure if this video is visible, if not- is there a way I can share one? https://www.facebook.com/groups/1819824791484056/permalink/3045972055535984/?mibextid=W9rl1R
