Hi everyone!
My wife and I are new to the hobby poultry farm and we have 9 19-day old pullets.
We have a large brooder, heat lamp, food, water, and even perches available for them throughout the day. We also purchased a treat stick that they love but only allow access a couple times a day for short durations.
We've noticed some of our chicks are starting to flap around the rooster and bump chests and/or hold long staring contests. I thought this would not start until they were 6 weeks old. Is this normal?
Your feedback/experience is appreciated.
