I hatching some ducklings and I think two might be strinked wrapped in not sure yet. I did make the hole a little bigger to see what's going on and the membrane part is covering both ducks , like its wrapped around them? They weren't suppose to start hatching till Monday but started pipping last night !! Monday was day 28. So the humidity didn't get turned up till yesterday morning

I'd leave them for now, opening the 'bator to enlarge pip holes isn't going to help the humidity.

The membrane being wrapped around the ducklings is normal, just before they pip, it draws down around them. The issue is when that membrane gets dry and/or sticks to them. I'd keep an eye on them and give them some more time. It takes a while for all of the blood vessels and yolk to be absorbed.

:fl they're okay in there! Good luck! You might pop into the incubating and hatching with friends thread and read Sally's notes on assisting (if you haven't already) to get prepared if you do need to help.
