Surviving Minnesota!

I blended up the ripe tomatoes and jarred, refrigerated them until some more are ripe then I'll do some veg juice/ bloody mix.


I did 28 pints of sauce and 4 quarts...and I put 28 pints of beans in the freezer.

I picked 10 gallons of cukes. I have to do something with them tomorrow.

I still have 10 gallons of tomatoes in buckets ripening-the vines died so I brought them in. I am guessing another 5-10 gallons on the plants still.
