I may try a 10 to noon sit hoping for that 8 point . Sat tonight and saw a fawn alone . Archery here . I have a small parcel so I take what I can . Had it been firearm season I could have taken it . Just not a good shot for archery .

Crossbow . My right eye will not let me see well enough for a compound bow sight . With a red dot scope I can switch sides if needed and still be on target . Mostly I can use the right eye with a red dot .

I am lucky and have not caught the dreaded covid ( knocking on wood), as I an old and feedle and do not stay at home.

I just got in from checking the game cameras, I think it’s going to be a long slow season.

I am going to start a game camera thread. I think it’s cool what the game cameras pick up.

I had a few deer but only on the one camera. There is a fresh wolf/coyote/dog print about 15 ft in front of another camera but no picture .

Here is an interesting one:

The back one is a snowshoe hare, I assume, as I have not seen a Jack rabbit here in decades. It is too big for a cottontail, I think.

The front one is weird. I know it should be a rabbit, but it looks wrong.
