Might just be something like a buff orpington, do you have any more photos? Usually OE & EE at feedstores are bred to have beards

Actually I think they're welsummer! Their chest feathers are coming in brown

Definitely seems to be the color of Welsummers, however I'd expect the chicks to be darker hmm... It'll definitely be easier to tell for sure once they're older!
