So I'm running some mock trials in an incubator I just made, and the temp/humidity is perfect, but once I raise the humidity my temperature drops about 2-4 degrees. I'm hatching 9 ayam cemani and 9 silver deathlayer eggs soon (18 in one incubator at the same time), and I'm wondering if 96-97 is ok for those last three days...

That wouldn't be ideal.
The reason the temp is dropping is likely due to evaporative cooling. But that is probably temporary. Give it more time and the temperature should eventually find its level.

Just don't raise the thermostat too high. While not ideal, temp cooler than 99.5 (forced air), 100.5 (still air, measured at the top of the egg) is better than too hot. Temps temporarily 2 or 3 degrees low won't kill them but 104 for too long will.
