Seems like it's a common thing anymore. It should be easy to call, seeing as how everyone has a mobile phone. But they can't even show the customer the respect due, by saying "I can't make it today. Can we reschedule?"

Yep, pisses me right off! Common courtesy is about as common as sense these days!
