Thank you all for your advice on my baby Lady Ping's oil gland, I did put some warm pad on it and it seems better I really don't know how a normal gland should look like but at least it is not red or inflamed and she doesn't seem to hurt anymore

I really don't know how a normal gland should look

Do you have any other chickens? Looking at other chickens can be a great way to learn what is normal.
