Two of my Pekins have some kind of feather problem. They are like spinny/toothpicks at the end. I hope these pictures show what I'm trying to describe. What is this?

Those look like new flight feathers coming in. That's what mine look like anyway. Especially on my white ducks, seems to be more noticeable.

is it poo on her feathers or do u mean the yellowish tint?

Are you referring to the tail feathers or the fluffy/puffy ones?
