its 2 and a half days since it made a hole in the shell. Should we give it starter food now? We are giving it poultry electrolytes. Its kinda holding its head up.

How long since it came out of the shell completely? Is the yolk sac absorbed? How does it's tummy look?

I was messaging @Miss Lydia and she told me to go to @Ravynscroft for more information...

I got your message... put a clean, dry handtowel down on the incubator mesh and lay the duckling on that, you don't want the yolk sac snagging on the mesh... can you take a pic of the yolk sac so we can see how much is left? Don't worry about food right now, gotta let it get it's feet under him, that mighf take a little bit of time, don't panic...
Also, do you have any Nutridrench Poultry vitamins or infant vitamins (PolyViSol) w/out iron?
