At least under 6months for sure. and such a cutie love the name too. I would bet he is enjoying all the female company and a safe place to call home.

Thank you. Yes he has already fallen in love with all of the females. He is so sweet to them too. I have had experience with super aggressive drakes, so I was worried he might be like that too, but he is so sweet and calm. Despite his large size he is very gentle and relaxed. I have 3 possibly four muscovy hens laying and setting on eggs, so I'm thinking about putting some of the hens eggs under them to see if any are fertile. I love cross breads. I don't think my parents would let me though. I'm looking forward to having baby muscovies hatch though.

Very happy his legs are getting stronger too. I was going to say how can you have Muscovy's sitting now Mine aren't even laying then I saw your location lol Hope you get some ducklings.

Lol, yeah in FL it's basically baby season all year round.

Same as Texas I have a friend there who has Muscovy's and hers lay and brood year round whew I am so glad mine take a break. Gives me a break too

That is sure the truth lol I have to make sure to pick up eggs daily or mine would have me in the poor house. I like that break in winter.
