Good morning IM, are you in for another warm AZ day?

We're only going to get up to low 60's with more rain on it's way.

Yes it’s pretty warm, it’s only 0900 and already almost too warm for yard work in the sun. 60s sounds nice, even with the rain. You guys have had quite a roller coaster ride with the weather there.
