I don't know!! Perhaps she thought it before I posted it so the site credited the first person to come up with the idea.

I'm sure there are jigsaw puzzles of that lighthouse but the colors and shading in your picture would make it a really good version.

When I was a kid, I was given a paint-by-number set that included a picture of that lighthouse. Every time SCG posts a picture of it, it's like deja vu all over again.

I still do puzzles but online now there is a puzzle site I can make full screen stay at 100 pieces so they are large enough but able to separate pieces to the side starting blank in the middle

I made yogurt yesterday using a proofing box. It is so good!

It is surprisingly easy! I heated up 4 cups of milk to 165F and then cooled to 115F. Milk is poured into jar and then add two tablespoons of plain yogurt that has live cultures in it. Set in warm place at 120 for an hour and then at 86F until set. I let this one go over night.

Then for making it into Greek yogurt is poured into a colander lined with cheese cloth to let some of the whey drain.

I used Straus plain Greek yogurt to start and can save 2 tablespoons for the next batch
