We are getting some showers today but I doubt any real rain. That is good in a way as the ground will soon be tillable for a garden spot and another area where I want to plant red clover for chickens to graze.

I have a fizzy water now and then but as far as pop goes, I haven’t had any in decades either.

Morning OF! I don’t have much of an organ recital today, just boring blood sugar at 176 and mild knee pain. Need to up the exercise!

My DW finally went to UC San Francisco to have the tumor removed. She has kidney damage and likely other organ damage from having too much calcium in the blood.

Some organs become calcified, especially the kidney.

I’m so sorry about her suffering Ron! So much lifelong trouble from medical ignorance! I hope she gets care she needs from knowledgeable providers!

I need to buy a new glucometer if I can't find the one I used a few years ago to get my glucose levels down to the 100 mark. I'm worried that they may have come up with the nephropathy in my legs.
