Are you seeing life in the 8 day left ones? I hope these chicks hatch for you and you get more than 2. Cream legbars beautiful chickens!!

I can see movement in 4 of 5 eggs. The last one I'm just not sure about so I'm letting it stay.

I am happy and very grateful for the next batch of eggs. It's put a bit more pep in my step in regards to incubating. Although I'll still be very happy to just be able to use broody hensw when the time comes.

Hello!
Went and did some running around this morning. Got another kiddy pool and some hay for dogs to go potty in during the storm. Being hairless, they get cold easy, and refuse to go out in the rain.

Mary waited in the car for me at the feed store. She said something like "don't buy anymore ch..." but I closed the door to fast to hear the last part. Luckily for me they didn't have any chicks. Turns out that's what she said.

Currently it looks like the storm is going farther off the coast, but that could change 5 more times before it gets here.

How's has your Saturday been going?

Sat has been a good one. I keep hoping I’ll get to go tonTSC before first of the year. Once fall chick days is over lol. Sounds like y’all had a good day. Hoping that hurricane goes back out to sea.
