Well based on all the pictures she looks Sultan to me, if she was Polish she would not have the leg feathers or the face puff (muff & beard) just the hair-do So I vote Sultan.

I have been reading a lot about sultan chickens recently, and I read that they are very rare chickens, is that true for you guys? How hard are these chickens to buy and find? My sultan (peri) is a rescue chicken and I didn't know they where a "rare" breed only a year after we got her. I feel proud to own one lol.

Yes, as they are no longer bred for production, not that someone couldn't. On one info site it said the standards where once considered excellent breast meat birds.
