The ULTIMATE list of DUCK Treats and Supplements...

I feel that a good quality cat kibble is fine for ducks. I use Eagle Pak, and I have used Taste of the Wild before also. I give it as treats especially for molting time, and some during laying time, and when it gets really cold in winter and there are no worms available.

Can you feed Muscovy ducklings grass clippings from your yard?
yes but remember to keep grit around so they don't have issues.

Thank you so much for this post! It is incredibly useful.

My cat eats Taste of the Wild Canyon River dry food. It has 32% protein and 16% fat. Would this be ok for my ducks? Is there anything in pet food that should be avoided?
one thing to watch out for if you use it quite a bit, is that cat food can be high in salt and birds don't do well if they have too much salt, I would just make sure that it is spread out and that they are getting plenty of their other feed

I know its been said before but i have just started breeding runner ducks and this was essential reading.

Thank you so much for making the effort
