While you are joking around, the snakes can be a real problem this time of year too, they hang out by the house because it's warm. You open the door, that water moccasin comes slithering in. For those people who like to leave their car windows cracked, one word for you, Scorpions.

Not here in the midwest they don't. Maybe a mouse or a stray cat could squeeze by if you held the door open too long.
Dont forget cockroaches along with those scorpions. Down south, they're like "oh that's just normal. What's not normal is not having cockroaches in your car."

We had one about that size come out of the park and head for the school about 5 blocks from us a couple years ago. Keeps the coyote population down.
