This one is different!

I purchased 5 chicks from a reputable hatchery. 2 plymouth barred rock, 1 buff barred rock and 2 leghorns. They are 4 weeks old now, all are almost completely feathered, except for the Buff. They are supposed to be hens...this being my first attempt at chickens, I AM GREEN. The Buff is winged, but no tail feathers yet, very downy throughout the head and body. Is it the breed? or, like in another post on this page, is it a rooster? What do you all think?
