Tollhouse Cookie Fail

I'm with Tammy, flatter crispier cookie here. I'm not down with the too high cookies. Then I feel like I'm eating cake.

Not that I get to eat too many cookies anymore.... and they all taste like crap except for the Mi-Del Ginger snaps.

Laney, I am celiac as well. I found a flour that I really like and use it for baking almost everything. You have to order it; not sold in stores. It is called Tom Sawyer.

This flour can be used cup for cup in place of regular flour and it contains the starch and xanthan gum required for gluten free baking. You can use it for the Toll house recipe and you won't know the difference.
