I feel like it’s probably just a mouse but I would like the option of some more experienced people

Thank you. That was my first thought. My father in law who used to do a lot of hunting and trapping thought it might be a weasel so it had me concerned enough to ask some experts.

I can tell what it is! That looks like rat. When I had a problem with these guys I seen the same tracks in the snow. Although it could be a weasel, I do she what he's saying. Either one of those would be a great guess. I'm thinking rat though.

Thanks, I did put out a live trap baited with fish carcasses just in case it was a weasel haven’t caught anything or noticed any new tracks in the snow yet
