Treatments for Quail with bumps on head

Hello, I hope y’all are having a lovely day,
A month ago one of my hens developed 2 bumps on her head, I’m not too sure what it is. I’m thinking it’s maybe a cyst?(can’t be too sure) There aren’t any farm/poultry vets in my city, and so I was wondering if there’s anything I could do at home to treat it.(if it’s necessary at all)

Could you take a clearer picture? Is it soft or hard? Does it seem attached or sort of just “floating around” under the skin? Does it seem to be causing pain?

Some possibilities to consider would be fowl pox if mosquitoes are around, or ingrown feather cysts. There also may be some other type of cyst or tumor. Can you also post on the quail forum above under Forums?
