Good morning, everyone. This morning I walked into my chicken coop to find my Columbian Wyandotte, Twix, dead on the floor. She would have been a year old this month, but God is in control. Thankful though that I have three kids hatched from her eggs. Two pullets (Baby Ruth and Daisy) and one cockerel (Casanova). I'd like to post some pictures of her.

The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord.

Also, praise the Lord that this week I had started collecting her eggs to hatch, because now I have three of her eggs that I plan to set in my incubator.

The same thing happened to me this morning . My black hen that has been doing so well was dead when I walked in. Such a shock!
