My friend has to let go of his chickens due to recent severe health problems. He has white Leghorns, Laced Wyandottes, and Australorps. He is located in Morrisville, Vermont and is asking $5.00 a piece. The hens have been laying up until two weeks ago when some started to moult. He is willing to go lower on the price especially if you want them all. I can't take them as I only have a small coop for now which is filling up quickly.
If you're in Vermont and can help out we are willing to provide transportation to you or a central location to both of us. At this point don't be afraid of insulting him with a low offer, he needs to give them good homes soon.
