Wally is drinking the baby bird formula from a ramekin with encouragement. I usually have to dip his beak in it... I still don't know how
often I should be trying to feed him that. Or at what point I should thicken the formula...
He can stand and walk without falling but when he does, he looks drunk.
Took him on a few supervised outings so he could see the other chickens. It was nearly 70 degrees today. I wish I had a bathtub buddy
for him. It's hard to work on the computer and hold a chicken at the same time, and I want to keep his spirits up.
Seems like his neck still hurts, but trying to get him to use it some, like when he eats rather than keeping it resting on his chest all the
time..
I have not heard any fluid sounds when he breathes for the last several hours. His mouth and nose have stayed clear.
Yesterday was his last day of Pen G. I don't know if or when I should start giving that to him again and at what dosage.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful for them.
Thanks!
