URGENT!! Hurt chick

I got baby chicks a week ago and this one has a hurt leg. I'm not sure how to help it or if I need to kill it. It keeps making a very high chirp all the time for the last day. Help!!!

Feel for abcess or broken bone,
Can chick walk,
Is chick eating/drinking/pooing,
Need better pics of leg.
