Urgent !! Please help !! Sick turkey

I tried including a video but could someone please help!! I'm not sure whats going on . I found her asleep in the yard . I picked her up an she wasn't able to stand . She keeps throwing her head around an stargazing . she isn't able to move around at all. she was fine about 5 hours ago . I would take any suggestions!!

I believe she may have had black head disease . All her symptoms point to that including the sulfur colored poop she had been having .I wasn't able to pin point who was doing it when I found it on the porch, but after she passed away there was some on my pants . I believe I'll go ahead an start treating her mate tmr just in case .

Sorry, I did expect this. Once they get so far along it is extremely rare to be able to bring them back.
