Valbazen Ques/measurements

I'm no scientist (obviously) I rec'd my valbazen for the worm problem, I don't understand cc's.

It says on bottle: Mix 8cc of water to 1cc of valbazen, shake and give 2cc to each chicken.

Can someone give me measurements I can understand? It's just a bottle of liquid with no syringe or anything. I tried looking it up - no luck, also it says I can give it to them again after 10 days. But I'd also like to know - after initial medication is given, how often do you do this as a preventative? Thanks for any replies.

1 cc = 1 mL... Does that help any? You will probably need a syringe.

You can get a syringe from a feed store, or your vet. A few empty ones are always a good thing to have around.

Thank you Nyna & Chickbea, I don't have any syringes around, but I found a dropper with 1.0 mL, and it's been cleaned would that be OK to use? I'd like to be able to give them this stuff as soon as I can.

So in that case though I would take a clean small glass and with the dropper add one mL Valbazen and 8 mL water, mix well and give each bird 2 mL from the dropper.
