I'm really sorry you're in this situation, but it sounds like you can't care for your hen. She shouldn't have to suffer. If you can't actually help her, end her suffering.

Don't put fly spray on her bare wounds. It will likely hurt and probably not help much.

Good god. Clean her wounds off with saline. Get tweezers and pick off any maggots. THIS is why she needed to be inside. Flies will target open wounds.

She WILL die if you don't take care of her and your parents (or anyone) won't help.

Agreed 100%. You really cannot leave a freshly wounded chicken trapped in crates outside. The flies will be on her in an instant. All the maggots must be removed and her location and care standards must be changed immediately.
