We need help!!

I think we have an egg bound chicken...any suggestions on what to do?? Please help!!

soak her in warm water up past the vent keep doing this for about 15 min at a time several times a day.

Yep... what @17chickens said! When you are soaking her in the warm water, I would massage GENTLY making sure not to break the egg inside her ( not something you want to do). Massage from front to back to try and stimulate the oviduct to contract. Then apply some KY, Vaseline or even a little veggie oil to the vent.
