Okay, here are my two bantam chicks that I’m trying to breed identify. What do you guys think?

my guess for the first one is a buff Brahma, but my friend swears it’s a d’uccle. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the help! I have no idea what the second one could be at all. I’m not too well versed on bantam breeds, I tried looking it up to no avail.
P.s.
they were only out of the brooder for two seconds so don’t worry! I couldn’t get a decent picture of them in there lol!

D'Uccle: single comb, muff/beard
Brahma: pea comb, no muff/beard

Comb type is hard to tell on tiny chicks, but you may be able to look carefully and see.

Muff/beard often shows as extra-puffy cheeks in a chick, even before they grow feathers.

If you can't tell yet, it should become obvious over the next few months.

It's fine for chicks to be out of the brooder briefly for photos. When people take pictures under a red heat lamp bulb, we can't see what colors the chicks really are
