What breed of duckling?

anyone know what kind this little(lol) ducky is? I was given a bunch of eggs and only had this guy hatch and I have no clue what he could be. The other 2 I purchased are khakis so he wouldn’t be lonely.

Looks like a Mallard. Does he have 4 yellow spots on his back?

Hmm. I looked thru my duck book and online and just not sure. I have two newly hatched Mallards and he kinda looks like them but darker.

This is part of the ad describing the type of ducks the eggs come from. Does it help any?
These eggs will be mainly a cross between Golden Hybrid 300 and Khaki Campbell's but we also have several lady and male runners and also Khaki girls, one pair of Rouen and a few single boys a Welsh Harlequin, Saxony and a Cayuga Pekin cross

Oh and in the first pic, I was like what am I looking at here? Cute kid - couldn't see the duck.

Hahaha. He was making stupid faces too. Me and my hubby were looking at pics they posted of their ducks and he pointed out our ducky has the face stripes of this female mallard. So maybe that’s the parents. So stupid question- could he fly away if I let him outside when he’s full grown? And would he or she need a mate that is mallard?
