I grew both Hossinator and Red Snapper tomatoes from Hoss tools this year and this is what I noticed. The Red Snapper when ripe is softer than the firm Hossinator tomato and I think it taste better. However, the Hossinator being firm has a longer shelf life and they grew better in my environment. Both varieties have the TYLCV resistance, but the Hossinator is resistant to the Israel strain.
