This chicken is about 14 weeks old. I think it might be a Rooster but not sure - the tail feathers have a slight green sheen on them, which makes me worried that its a rooster.

Definitely a rooster.
She is all girl.
Black feathers on any chicken will have a green or purple sheen. It has to do with the oils they use to stay looking so nice.
What makes you say rooster?
The bird has sickle-shaped feathers growing in, and a very red comb for that age, as well as some suspicious feathers on the back.
