Do you think eggs change colors according to the season? During the summer we barely got any green colored eggs but now we are getting one eveyday. What do you think?
 
egg color changes as their laying cycle starts and ends. After molt...they start off at the darker end of the spectrum...as they continue to lay they become lighter until they molt again... Has nothing to do with what season is going on

It's also possible your green egg layer(s) are laying at a higher rate than they were before. An individual hen's eggs will fade in color over a laying season, but they won't change from say, brown to green.
