I'm hating working in the heat, so I sympathise. I have my feet in a bucket of water, a wet t-shirt on, drink lots, and occasionally dunk my head in the bucket.

Takes a brave soul to admit their limits in heat & high humidity… for “wimping out” May be the colloquial term we all use but, brave is its definition.
