What temperature for ducklings that just hatched?

Hi, I just had 4 ducklings hatch today and they are still in the incubator. What temperature should I put the incubator at?

Keep your bator at full temp untill they are fluffy then move them to the brooder set between 92-95.

Hi, I just got the ducklings out of the incubator and this yellow duckling can’t stand up. Will putting her in a cup a couple times a day help her?
